- THE REMAINING NON-REFUNDABLE 50% BALANCE IS DUE 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DATE. WE GLADLY ACCOMMODATE LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS; HOWEVER,
- WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SECURING YOUR SLOT EARLY TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY AND ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR PLANNING AND PREPARATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED LESS THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.

CHECK-IN POLICIES
- PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CHECKED INTO YOUR HOTEL PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL, AS WE ARE UNABLE TO CHECK IN ON YOUR BEHALF.
- TO GRANT US ACCESS TO YOUR ROOM, YOU MAY CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
- COORDINATE WITH US TO MEET IN THE HOTEL LOBBY AT THE SETUP TIME AND PROVIDE US WITH A KEY.
- SHARE THE HOTEL’S ONLINE KEY ACCESS WITH US. FOR THIS OPTION, PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE CHECK-IN PROCESS BEFOREHAND.
- REQUEST THE FRONT DESK TO ADD ONE OF OUR DECORATORS TO YOUR RESERVATION. WE WILL PROVIDE THE DECORATOR’S NAME IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
- ONCE THE SETUP IS COMPLETE, THE KEY (IF ANY) WILL BE LEFT IN YOUR ROOM.

AIRBNB
CHECK-IN POLICIES
- FOR AIRBNBS WITH SELF-CHECK-IN OPTIONS, WE ARE ABLE TO CHECK IN ON YOUR BEHALF.
- IF YOU’VE BOOKED AN AIRBNB, PLEASE PROVIDE THE ADDRESS AND ACCESS CODE DETAILS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING TO ENSURE A SMOOTH SETUP PROCESS.
- TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT SETUP, CLIENTS AND GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOTEL ROOM OR AIRBNB DURING THE BOOKING APPOINTMENT.
- IF CLIENTS OR GUESTS ARE PRESENT IN THE SPACE WHILE WE ARE DECORATING, WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT THE BOOKING WILL NEED TO BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED TO ENSURE A RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL WORKSPACE. WE TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION.

PRIVATE HOME/APARTMENT
SETUP POLICIES
- THE ROOM BEING DECORATED MUST BE COMPLETELY VACATED BY ALL CLIENTS, PETS, AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS WHILE THE DECORATION PROCESS IS UNDERWAY. TO MAINTAIN EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY, PLEASEENSURE THERE ARE NO DISTURBANCES OR DISTRACTIONS DURING THIS TIME.
- ENSURE THE SPACE IS CLEAN, CLEAR, AND READY FOR DECORATION BEFORE OUR TEAM ARRIVES.
- IF FURNITURE OR LARGE ITEMS NEED TO BE MOVED, PLEASE ARRANGE FOR THIS PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL, AS OUR TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RELOCATING FURNITURE.
- PROVIDE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS YOUR HOME AND THE DESIGNATED ROOM FOR DECORATION.
- IF SPECIAL ENTRY ARRANGEMENTS ARE REQUIRED, PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE.

- THE INVOICE WILL INCLUDE A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF ALL REQUESTED SERVICES AND ASSOCIATED COSTS, PROVIDING FULL TRANSPARENCY AND AVOIDING ANY POTENTIAL MISUNDERSTANDINGS

CLEAN UP POLICY
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
- PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR BOOKING IS ACCEPTED WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT CHICAGO ROOM DECORS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING OR ANY DAMAGES UPON CLIENT DEPARTURE.
- CLIENTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE SPACE UNLESS OUR NEXT-DAY CLEANING SERVICE HAS BEEN BOOKED IN ADVANCE. THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $70.
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT HOTELS OR AIRBNB HOSTS MAY CHARGE EXTRA FEES FOR LEAVING THE ROOM UNCLEAN.
- CHICAGO ROOM DECORS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH CHARGES. CHICAGO ROOM DECORS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, LOSS, ACCIDENT, OR DELAY THAT MAY OCCUR DURING OR AFTER OUR SERVICES.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 3 DAYS (72 HOURS)
- IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 3 DAYS (72 HOURS) OF THE EVENT, YOU MAY REBOOK WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION DATE.
- IN THIS CASE, 50% OF THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARD THE NEW BOOKING.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 2 DAYS (48 HOURS):
- FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) OF THE EVENT, 50% OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS:
- IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT, THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE FORFEITED.
RESCHEDULING REQUESTS:
- IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT, A $100 REBOOKING FEE WILL APPLY.
- RESCHEDULING IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MUST BE CONFIRMED BY OUR TEAM.
